Frequently Asked Questions
No prior experience is needed. Sessions are designed for all levels. I guide you through every step, whether it's your first time or you're a seasoned practitioner.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Everything else, including eye masks and props, will be provided. Water is provided.
Breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, if you're pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or severe mental health conditions, please consult your healthcare provider first and let me know before the session.
Many people report feeling lighter, more relaxed, and emotionally clear after a session. Some experience powerful emotional releases. It's normal to feel a range of emotions — the integration is part of the healing process.
